Shaun Finn, Finance Director
Shaun is a qualified Chartered Accountant trained initially by KPMG. He has extensive experience of company restructuring and development. He and his qualified team provide a high level of control, integrity and accuracy to the financial performance of Icon.
Neal Hillier, Sales Director
Neal brings comprehensive sales experience, developing a global network of key industry contacts across Icon’s core markets. His focused and dynamic approach, alongside a respect of the differing cultures, of our customers, creates significant value for Icon and our partners.
Chris Weeds, Operations Director
Chris has spent the last thirty years in Operations Management, working within automotive, telecommunication, aerospace and industrial engineering. Chris brings excellent team building, encouraging, ownership and accountability and responsibility through his function and across the organisation.
The Group operates from two high capacity manufacturing sites, located in the UK that provide engineering support and a full service design, technical and project management capability.
Production facilities include:

- Calendering of engineered textile and polymer composite materials
- Moulding - transfer, compression and injection
- Bonding and metal preparation Cells
- Metal & Polymer Machining Cells
- Refurbishment and repair Cells
- Multi-finish & Specification Paint Cells
In addition to fast response UK based manufacturing capabilities, Icon Polymer is able to leverage its' global supply chain to provide reduced costs by managing Far East supply chains for key customers.
