Silverline® Water Lubricant Pump Bearings
Icon Polymer SILVERLINE® rubber-lined, water-lubricated shaft bearings provide an environmentally friendly alternative to oil lubricated pump bearings. They outperform the overly complicated oil lubricated alternatives and have an excellent track record in a wide range of marine pumping applications including leisure craft, workboats and ships. Precision machined and available in variety of metal, composite and polymer combinations SILVERLINE® cutlass bearings provide class leading performance in the most demanding applications.
Hover-Wear™ Hovercraft Skirt
We produce tough, low-wear, abrasion resistant composite textiles that are ideal for manufacturing the deep air cushion skirts used in landing craft. Our engineered Hover-Wear™ composite fabrics are designed to easily cope with the demands of open sea conditions and fortified landing sites. Our flexible manufacturing facilities allow us to quickly make individual segments, spray skirts or build complete hovercraft skirt assemblies. Icon Polymer has developed a unique process for joining this material providing hi-integrity and product reliability.
Anti-Vibration & Engine Mounts
Icon Polymer engine and anti-vibration mounts are manufactured to meet the specific requirements of each application and significantly reduce vibration and noise generation and transmission whilst maintaining stability and rigidity. Knowledge and technology from our aerospace R&D programmes is used to produce components that offer new levels of performance and value for the Marine Industry.
Dredger Head Bearings
Icon Polymer produces class leading SILVERLINE® heavy-duty Dredger Head Bearings. Specifically designed and manufactured in a range of materials to maximise the performance and reliability of dredging operations.
Our design and manufacturing facilities are flexible and offer scalable cost effective low volume solutions alongside the capacity to handle high volume production runs. We produce market leading rubber to metal components, assemblies and engineered polymer composite fabrics that are developed and optimised specifically for Marine applications.
