Carriage Components and Assemblies
Icon Polymer designs and manufactures Carriage Components (Window and Door Seals) and Assemblies (Inter-Carriage Gap Protectors and Gangway Diaphragms) from our catalogue of unique high-performance compounds that include Natural and Synthetic Rubbers, Polychloroprenes and Ethylene Acrylic Elastomers. We manufacture products that meet stringent underground fire safety regulations and offer the flexibility and durability needed to connect carriages and seal doors and windows.
Cable Protection - Signalling Systems
Icon Polymer has developed wear-resistant Cable Protection Tubing Systems that are easy to install on new cabling and are also available in split configurations to make retro-fitting simple. All our cabling meets or exceeds stringent underground fire regulations and is an ideal solution to protect trackside cabling such as Signalling Systems.
Engine and anti-Vibration Mounts
Icon Polymer engine and anti-vibration mounts are manufactured to meet the specific requirements of each application to ensure that vibration and noise generation and transmission are significantly reduced whilst maintaining stability and rigidity.
